A self-proclaimed former Fort Lauderdale-based gay pimp is speaking out about the death of Wall Street millionaire and CNBC commentator Seth Tobias. Police found the body of Tobias, 44, nude in the pool of his $3 million Jupiter mansion with abrasions on his nose, forehead and back on Sept. 4, according to a police search warrant. Investigators said they found his wife, Filomena Tobias, holding her husband’s body on the steps of the pool. Billy Ash, who called himself “Mr. Madam,” told WPBF-TV that he believed Seth Tobias was battling various addictions.
“He was an alcoholic and he was abusing prescription drugs and cocaine that he was seeing a counselor for in Philadelphia — that was hidden from all the investors,” Ash told WPBF.
