Salma Hayek has revealed she used to pray to God for bigger boobs when she was a teenager.

The 41-year-old actress describes stopping off at a church with her mom during a road trip.

“When we went inside, I prayed for the miracle I wanted to happen. I put my hands in holy water and said: ‘Please God, give me some breasts’,” said the mother-of-one.

“And he gave them! Within a few months, I developed a growing spurt, as teenagers do, and I was very pleased with the way I grew outwards.”

 Salma Hayek Jiménez (born September 2, 1966) is an Academy Award-nominated actress. Also an Emmy winning director, a film and television producer. The most successful Latin American actress in Hollywood since Carmen Miranda, Hayek has appeared in more than thirty films and worked as an actress outside of Hollywood in Mexico and Spain.

Hayek was born in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico to Sami Hayek, an oil company executive, and Diana Jimenez, an opera singer. Hayek’s paternal grandparents were Lebanese, while her mother is of Spanish background. Raised in a wealthy, devoutly Catholic family, she was sent to the Academy of the Sacred Heart, Grand Coteau, Louisiana, at the age of 12. She was also an accomplished gymnast, with aspirations of becoming an Olympic competitor.
