Simon must be thinking WTF. If you can stomach the gushing Reuters propaganda piece read on.

“Your visit is an honor for us,” Chavez replied. “In welcoming you, we welcome Fidel and the Cuban people.” Chavez, a socialist, rarely makes a speech without praising Fidel Castro’s communist revolution. He calls Castro his mentor and father and says his lobbying during a brief coup helped restore him to the Venezuelan presidency in 2002. While Raul Castro calls the Venezuelan his “nephew,” he generally projects a stern-faced image alongside Chavez. One Response to “Raul Castro and Chavez Meet No Shoes Thrown”

  1. World Reading Ambassador, Cleo Bonny, on January 22nd, 2009 at 12:14 pm Said:

World Reading Ambassador, Cleo Bonny. Malawi

    Mr. President, Barack Obama

Giving the Idea of reading Civilization to the World and Making Sure that everyone on the Universe receives it the hardest part for me. That prompted me to another Concept to send this impression to you Mr.
    President, Commander in Chief.
I am the reading Ambassador (Google or yahoo search ‘cleobonny’) who is trying to bring the reading civilization to billions of people on this Universe. As first-rate honorable Mr. I would like to see you leaving legacy on the reading culture from the start and the end of your and your advisers’ leadership, at White house. Nations and you can find many ways to enjoy power without harming any country or any Human being. Though there is insincerity, immoral and jealousy among the people who know a lot than others. This pattern can change if we share the reading passion or business with others. Your team should also assist you and your country to put efficient reading policies in your country and other parts of the world. That’s what you can also call supreme.
For years, other people have experienced the deprivation of ultimate positions in Religious institutions, politics, and organizations. We have seen institutions that own lands, mountains, hills in all parts of the world for centuries.
International organizations that have captured and even killed the intelligent heroes from other parts of the world. They have have used the same tool of knowledge in an evil way.
The past foreign leaders that created propaganda and conspiracies did
that in order to strip the power of the locals in some parts of the world. We have discrimenations through publishing, literacy, languages, dictionaries, religeous books, encyclopedias, books and etc. I like the characters that I have mentioned very much because they all used information and knowledge combined with their own cultural understanding. They inspire me. Mr. President If you can inspire the whole universe to read, we can have universal cultural understanding. Poor nations can also compete with wealth nations and that translate to less begging cultured nations. By not reading we are engineering the social ills, including begging, crime, corruption, foreign lecturing.

Through your administration you will see to it that every one has adopted that collective culture of reading across the universe. Though you might not, see people living in card boxes in your own country and shacks in other parts of the world. But you can still aspire them to own houses through the knowledge from Reading. It works like a magic. Yes it does. People around the world take Reading lightly because since reading is not natural and feared by people who know the outcome. Reading involves danger, risks,
    sacrifices, compulsion and pain.
Wisdom from reading Mr. President does not translate to the art of just countering.

Now you have that power that every body desires to have. Use it to transform the world to read every day. This can prepare us any form of future wars, democracy, and intellectual freedom. Many nations have politicians that use their power and influence, buy votes, journalists, and etc, in order to suppress their own populations while accepting bribes from corporations, businesses and other contacts. These messiahs, personalities can be minimized by bringing the nations to the importance of reading. However they can elect intelligent leader to develop their economy and their lifestyle as well. Though reading Mr. President Obama, can also produce challenge for other people and Organizations. But you still need reading nations on the planet earth for better world, sir. As long as we breathe, feel, see, hear, hear, let’s read, read and read until we supersede reading itself.

    Thank you
    World reading Ambassador
